I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board Approved LPC Supervisor. My training has allowed me to gain a vast amount of experience in counseling, higher education, teaching, and diversity & inclusion. My approach to counseling draws upon these experiences and allows us to explore unique and creative avenues to do therapy.

Truthfully, most of us are walking around with at least one issue affecting how we work, make friends, and interact with the ones we love. How can those relationships and more importantly, our well-being, be affected if we took time to peek a bit further into just that one?
