Life brings many changes as we try to navigate love, career, family, sexuality, sex, and more. As a therapist, I want folks to feel empowered to tackle any change or shift that happens in their life. I want folks to feel as though they always have someone on their side and team who has nothing but best intentions in mind. Everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and understood. Thus, I am here for you.

I specialize in working with people of color and/ or queer folks. I have extensive training in college counseling and helping folks navigate life shifts. I am passionate about assisting people with depression and anxiety since it often comes when we have anticipated and unanticipicated change. I enjoy working with folks who have felt as though others “dont get it” and building up resilience skills for this world we live in.
