Meaningful Movement Mental Health Counseling aims to provide quality mental health care to children, adolescents, and young adults ranging from ages 4 through 25 years old.

​Meaningful Movement is founded on the basis to assist individuals with building their resiliency, developing healthy self-esteem, reconstructing negative behavioral patterns, strengthening family relationships, educating families on their child’s mental health diagnosis, and connecting at-risk families with mental health resources.
