Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 15 years working in creative and performance-driven environments where output, perception, and results shape opportunity. I saw firsthand how easy it is for identity and self-worth to get tied to performance, even when things look successful from the outside.
In my practice, I work with high-functioning adults who often feel that disconnect. You may be managing responsibilities, meeting expectations, and doing what you’re supposed to do, but internally something feels off, strained, or harder to ignore. That tension can show up as burnout, anxiety, people-pleasing, or a sense that you’re no longer aligned with yourself.
My approach is depth-oriented and collaborative. We focus on understanding the patterns beneath what you’re experiencing, including how past experiences and internal narratives continue to shape your thoughts, relationships, and decisions. Rather than rushing to fix or optimize, we slow things down and make space for clarity, honesty, and a more grounded sense of self.
Therapy with me is conversational and thoughtful, but also direct when it needs to be. My goal is to help you move through your life with more self-trust, clearer boundaries, and a stronger connection to who you are, not just how you perform.
