My role as a transformational life coach is to:

Teach: share tools, information, resources and exercises

Hold a container: set boundaries, co-create safety + build trust

Mirror: reflect strengths + growth areas as well as validate + affirm your experience

Support: encourage, empower, celebrate and hold you accountable

To do this, I will use my background of comprehensive, holistic, trauma-informed education acquired through my certification in Trauma and Recovery from the International Association of Trauma and Recovery Coaches (IAOTRC), my certification in Transforming Trauma Using Sociometrics and Psychodrama from the Academy of Therapy Wisdom, my current enrollment in Somatic Embodiment with Linda Thai and the wisdom I’ve acquired thorough my lived experience of individual, intergenerational, and collective trauma and healing.
