I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, grief, and mood disorders. With children, I use creative and engaging methods, such as art and play, to help them understand and process complex and difficult issues in a way that is accessible and helps them develop healthy coping skills.
In therapy, my goal is to provide a safe, warm, and authentic space where you can reflect on your experiences, process your emotions, and gain insight into your patterns. We will work together to challenge the patterns that no longer serve you and build new ones that align with who you want to be.
