I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) providing compassionate, culturally responsive telepsychiatry care for adults ages 18–65. Through Bethany Center of Psychiatry & Behavioral Health, I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, burnout, trauma, life transitions, insomnia, and women’s mental health concerns, including perinatal and postpartum challenges.

My approach is warm and collaborative. I strive to create a safe, judgment-free space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their healing journey. I recognize that mental health is deeply influenced by culture, life experiences, family dynamics, faith, and systemic stressors, and I aim to provide care that honors the whole person.

Services include psychiatric evaluations, medication management, supportive therapy, and psychoeducation through secure virtual appointments. I am especially passionate about increasing access to quality mental health care for underserved and diverse communities.
